1. Yatraspot. in is a hotel search and offers users information about different types of accommodation (such as hotels, holiday homes, etc.), travel areas, and services associated with travel.
2. These terms and conditions are subject to occasional changes and apply to all our services directly or indirectly (i.e., via third parties) via the internet, on mobile devices, by email, or by telephone.
3. By using our Website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions and the privacy policy
4. We’re not a party to the terms between you and the Service Provider. The Service Provider is solely responsible for the Travel Experience.
5. We take reasonable care in providing our Platform, but we can’t guarantee that everything on it is accurate (we get information from the Service Providers). To the extent permitted by law, we can’t be held responsible for any errors, any interruptions, or any missing bits of information - although we will do everything we can to correct/fix them as soon as we can.

Check in Policy

• Check-in time is any time after 2 pm (not guaranteed due to the high volume of occupancy). If you arrive earlier, the receptionist will be pleased to store your luggage until your room is ready.
• Guest will be required to present his own valid credit/debit card upon check-in and a valid form of identification, especially if you have already prepaid your reservation before your arrival by a credit card.
• The Hotel Agenda Louise will make every effort to honor special requests (such as a specific floor or room number, roll-away beds, crib, etc.) upon arrival. However, the availability of these items cannot be guaranteed in advance. Please contact the hotel directly if you need to confirm an earlier arrival time than the hotel's standard check-in time. If you plan to arrive earlier than the hotel's check-in time and want to ensure you will get your room, we suggest you also book the night before.

CHECK-OUT

• Check-out is at midday. If you require a later check-out, don't hesitate to contact the receptionist before 11 AM on the day of departure. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that it will be possible. A charge may be applied depending on availability.
• Any delay in checked-out will result in an extra night being added to the final bill. The Hotel Agenda Louise can accommodate guest luggage complimentary at the reception after check-out time if needed.

Early Check-in and Late Checkout Policy

• Early arrival before 2:00 pm or a late departure beyond 12:00 noon will be charged at 50% of the daily room rate.
• Early arrival before 8:00 am or late departure after 6:00 pm will be charged at 100% of the daily room rate.
